Spray with compressed air may clean the fans if dust is the problem. But
you have to be very careful when spraying the air, since you don't want
to spray the dust onto your mother board or any other chips. It is
probably best to get a pair of eyes that are connected to a person who
knows what they are doing, to assist with this. One mistake can be very
costly.

the most frequent failure that makes that kind of noise is a fan.

The two you mentioned may be dying, and or possibly the fan that
cools your CPU. this one is inside on the heatsink over the
processor chip.

sometimes you can put your hand over the holes near a fan and
block its air flow. This may change its speed and you might hear
your noise change pitch.

some handy technicians can lubricate some of these fans providing
increased life, but usually they have to be replaced. the one at
the top back of most cases is in the power supply, this usually
means a new power supply. Best luck will probably be had by
going to the dealer who sold you the machine as they'll most
likely have the proper parts.

It could also be just case vibrations, particularly if you've had
things open at all and not tightened up all screws, or horrors,
failed to put all screws back.

good Luck
