Hi all,
I have a client, running a desktop with windows xp on it, and jaws for windows 7.0.
Her problem is, it speaks fine everywhere, except on yahoo yellow pages. It works fine on the form page, where you type in a city and state, but when she submits the form, a video comes up, (I don't think it's flash, but who knows), no speech, but it's a video.
Then, jaws for windows is very lathargic. She can press a key and it won't speak for 2 seconds.
I had her turn on the ignore flash on web pages check box in the html options in the configuration manager, it didn't help.
What do you all think I should do next?
Harry
