Hello All:

I got a call from someone this morning that lives in Malone, Kentucky.
She's got a computer running Windows 98 Second Edition. She says she's
not getting any sound from her speakers and sound card when she goes
onto the internet, for example, when she goes to music or video sites
she doesn't hear anything. She's got Windows Media Player 9.

This person has some usable vision but also may be interested in a
screen reader.

What I'd like to find is someone in her area that could at least contact
her and talk her through how to try fixing this problem in 98. I don't
have 98 Second Edition here so I cannot help her with this situation.
If there is anyone who could help this woman, please let me know.

Thanks,
