I have attempted to use ITunes to load stuff onto my Ipod with no success.
I downloaded a JAWS patch for it from T and T Consulting, but it doesn't
help much unfortunately. Perhaps ITunes is accessible for other things, but
for putting MP3s onto an IPOD, I had no luck, even when a sighted person was
watching trying to figure out with me how to do it without using the mouse.
If others have had better luck, fill me in!
