I use a Logitech EX110 wireless keyboard, and I love it. I like the
feel of the Logitech keyboards and the layout of the keys on the low end
Logitech keyboards, like the EX 110. It has your basic keyboard layout
with about a dozen extra keys across the top and on the left. It's
wireless, RF I think, definitely not bluetooth. I find the software it
comes with is accessible with JAWS, although it does take some getting
used to in a few places and you have to use the JAWS cursor a bit. It
also places the battery status for the keyboard and the mouse in the
system tray. In short, this is by far the best keyboard I've ever used,
and I've shopped around a bit. Furthermore, it has absolutely no issues
with JAWS other than those I mentioned above with the settings
software. One Final comment, and that is that I find the choice of
keyboard to be pretty personal. I tried a bunch of keyboards in stores
only to find I couldn't stand them once I got them home and used them
for any length of time. I'd strongly recommend the low edn Logitecdh
keyboards. The high end ones are probably also just as nice, but you'd
have to be OK with those dome shaped keys on the top and the sliders and
wheels on the sides. I hope this helps!
