Although you probably tried this already. Look back at things that make you
tired when you don't want to be, or just noticed they make you tired.
Reading, listening to audio books, someone reading you something, those do
it for me in minutes haha. Whatever makes you tired if you try to do them.
You could as well try doing some rigorous exercises earlier in the evening
as exercise by nature will relax you, reduce stress, clear your mind of
thoughts nagging at you perhaps keeping you awake, and tire the body out.
