Yes, and with the God of the universe on your side, you can always pray for
those troubled people.  Unless the one being prayed for refuses to receive
it, there are no barriers of breaching confidentiality, liabilities, or
anything that man  and the devil can do to keep God's will from being done
on their behalf.
