this sounds like a minor problem to me. I beta tested this unit and if
it works otherwise wait to send it in when something else goes wrong.
I hope the later units are better about overcharging the ni-cads , or
did they change to a better battery? I had to send my unit back for a
simple battery replacement and may also need to do the same again soon
as I do not get much time between charges.
