Hi Simon.
There is a company called the PIEXX Company in Hillsboro, NH that sells an
aftermarket replacement for the VS1 board, known as the VS1-PX which can
still be had. They are a good source for aftermarket accessories for older
rigs, including speech boards and PL tone encoders.
