Anthony;
I asked Kenwood at Dayton because I was ready to spend some
bucks!! They said that the THF6A was a great handheld, was selling
great and there were no plans to replace it. Icom had nothing nbew,
and I didn't really follow up with Yaesu. The VX7, although not
brand new looks like a great handheld, but having had a vX5 and
finding it tough to program, I decided not to go down that road again.
I'll ask the same people the same question next year.
