Hi everyone, does anyone know what they are referring to on WWV in regard
to radio blackouts and what the various levels pertain to?  I would think
it is bands they are talking about, but things like "R-1, R-2" levels and
thigns like that?  I just checked and we are approaching more activity as
the numbers have been increasing again.
