hi don.

wbbm indeed is testing iboc during the day.  they've been doing it for about
a month now.  the stations that are tsting iboc can only do it from sunrise
to sunset.  the fcc hasn't given stations permission to the stations to test
at night.  i wish the whole thing would just go away.
