Looks like there is a node in the PRC  Hunter is the English name the operator uses and he shows up
on the Indianapolis reflector 9200 some time after 10:00 UTC and he does e-card if you have an email
on QRZ.  So, a chance for no codes to work the PRC if there is an IRLP node in your area.  MP3 of
