Hello List, I use I.E. 6 with Outlook express and JAWS 7. This morning when
I pressed delete on a message, a message came up asking me if I wanted to
delete all the messages in the collapsed conversation. I answered no but it
came up again when I deleted the next message. I recall several months back
I think the same message came up and I answered yes and it totally cleared
out all of my folders. How did my messages get marked as collapsed and how
can I remove this designation? Also some of my messages which I have
opened and read are still being displayed as unread, I haven't made any
changes so this is puzzling to me, the only thing that has happened is that
I have just completed a Microsoft critical update. Thanks for any help,
Judy
