Hi all:
I am running MSN Messenger 5 but haven't logged in for simply ages, and I
mean months. Now I want to log in and I keep getting sign in errors, my
user name is not recognised, my password is not recognised, even though i
know I am entering the correct information. When i go to the .net site and
specifically the "Forgot your Password" link I have great difficulty
entering in the information on the form presented.
Tell me, has anyone else experienced this type of problem with MSN Messenger
and is it a program that because i use it very sporadically doesn't perform
to its optimum. I have a Hotmail user name and wonder if I'm letting the
subscription lapse and what I should do.
Any thoughts would be really great.
Many thanks.
DOREEN YALE.
