bring up the jaws application, select the options menu, select configuration
manager, select set options, select verbosity options,  tab to beginner
preferences.  You should be in a list of check boxes, at the bottom check
the check box called tool tip.

I had to play around with it for awhile.  It wouldn't start right away.
   I don't know what that's about.
