Two points of clarification:

(1)  This was Kim Komando's tip for Tuesday, Sept 26.  Lynn provided no 
attribution with the post.

(2)  For blind users, do not attempt to upgrade until your screen 
manufacturer tells you its ok.
Otherwise, you may be in big trouble.
