African rankings
Cameroon's Indomitable Lions drop five places while Nigeria move up two
spots to become the only African side in the top 20 of Fifa's October World
Rankings.
The Ivory Coast have once again made a massive improvement, moving up 13
places to number 45 in the world.
The Elephants have now leapt up 25 places since the beginning of 2004.
