Bob's Red Mill is local and their new gluten-free "clean room" got a lot
of press when they first opened it, maybe 2-3 years ago? Anyway, yes,
anything of theirs that says "gluten-free" has been processed in the clean
room. They have listened to local celiacs and done a lot of research, and
feel very secure in that claim.

I trust their flours, and if I baked I would use them with a calm mind.
