Some have asked (regarding Strawberry Square recipe) what the flour
mixture is from Betty Hagman's book. Sorry--I should have given it.
2 PARTS white rice flour
2/3 PART potato starch
1/3 Tapioca starch
To make it simple, I just put in a container the 2 CUPS white rice flour,
2/3 CUP potato starch, and 1/3 CUP Tapioca starch. MIX IT WELL. Then I
dip out of it the amount called for in the recipe. Works well.
