I spoke with Customer Service from Alacer Corp today. They make Emergen-C
packets that have Vit C & other vitamins that you pour into water to make a
"Vitamin C Fizzing Drink".

The rep told me that all the Emergen-C packets-- except raspberry-- have
been tested & found to contain no traces of wheat, rye, or barley. The
raspberry flavor was tested & is not GF. I'm not certain if there are any
contamination issues between the raspberry and the other flavors.
