Mike Martin from Juice Plus (I forgot to ask his job title) contacted me and
put me in touch with the John Mory. John is a chemist at Juice plus.

John told me that only the outer part of the oats and barley is used in
their products. Every 5-6th batch is tested for gluten with an ELISA test. A
750mg sample is used and the test is sensitive to 100ppm. They also test
anytime suppliers are changed. I was told that they have not had any
positive tests.

My question is 100ppm low enough to be safe?
