Hello,
I have not had much luck avoiding reactions with lunch meat or ham to take
to work.  Even many of the so-called gluten-free deli meats bother me.  I am
thinking of cooking a ham at home and slicing it for sandwiches and to add
to salads to take to work for lunch.  Any suggestions on brand...etc..?
