I just found out today on Delphi's corn free list that "Bob’s Red Mill:
cross contamination possibility. They focus on celiac needs, don’t recognize
corn allergies." Does anyone know of a source of gluten free flours such as
bean flours that do not have cross contamination issues with other grains
not listed in the ingredients.
