I know it has been suggested that we get follow up blood work about once a
year, just to make sure we are not getting any accidental gluten.   Does
anyone know which specific test is recommended?    I don't imagine you need
to do all the original blood work over again.

A doctor here locally wants this information, so once I collect this from
you, I can give him the right ones.
