I'm looking for GF ricotta cheese.  Checked with Kraft about their
Polly-o; they pretty much waffled about the vinegar.  According to the
Delphi list, Sargento is OK but it's not carried where we shop. Any other
ideas?  We're getting hungry for lasagna.
