Blender Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
1 Egg
1/8 teaspoon Dry Mustard
Shake of Salt
5 teaspoon Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 cup Salad Oil
Combine egg, dry mustard, salt, wine vinegar, and lemon juice in blender. Add
1/4 cup salad oil, cover, and momentarily mix at low speed. Uncover and pour
3/4 cup salad oil in a steady, thin stream while blender is running. Mix until
smooth. Place in a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
