Hello again,
Some weeks ago, I posted a question about storing brown rice flour.
I received 13 replies.
5 people said to store it in the fridge.
1 person said to store it in the freezer.
3 people said to store it either the fridge or the freezer.
Some of the above people said that the reason it can go rancid is because of the fats/oils in this flour.
4 people said that a sealed container at room temperature was usually fine but that this may depend on local weather conditions of temperature and humidity.
