 Thank you to all who replied I really appreciate it.
    Fleichman's unsalted margerine free of gluten, milk and soy protein but
useses soy oil wich is safe fot those with allergies to soy. Fleichman's light
is made from cornoil and is completely soy free.

   I had alot of people state that margerine is not good for you at all
butter is much better, and their shouldn't be much lactose in the butter. I have
been eating it and it is not bothering my stomache so far.

      Bertollis extra light olive oil for baking cupcakes and bread. Dalfour
fruit spreads(imported)

     Cultured butter.(Trader Joes)

     Organic real butter

     Mother kosher parve margerine(for passover) Migdal kosher parve margerine

     Ghee(clarified butter) whole foods

      Pure margerine http://www.purespread.com

      Pure farms butter
