SUMMARYl: Most people responded telling me that soy products are not all that good for anyone (except for gf soy sauce). I'm blanking on what exactly the problems are with soy--some people went as far to mention a correlation with brain cell destruction and tofu--not sure about that one and someone told me that
edamame.
