We will be going on vacation soon and the route we take is due east from Arkansas to North Carolina on I-40. We usually stop at Jackson, TN and I was wondering about any GF-safe places to eat there. If anyone has other suggestions for towns along I-40, they would be greater appreciated.

Thanks,
Cece in Fayetteville, AR
