So I ended up making some liver. It actually tasted
wonderful.

After lots of research I decided on a very popular
Jewish recipe I kept seeing all over the internet.

-Fry 3 onions in butter until carmelized
-Hard boil 4 eggs
-fry 1 lb chicken livers in butter - just fry the
outsides and the inside should be pink still

chop up the livers and eggs, mix in a bowl with the
onion, add salt and pepper to taste, pour the leftover
juices over the mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours.

it turned out really well. i'd definitely make it
again.

-Larine
