Hi Lynn. I use Zoom Text 8.13 magnifier. Zoom Text is made to work 
effortlessly with Internet Explorer but like you, I choose not to use 
IE. I use Netscape 7.2 for my browsing and email. Firefox like Netscape 
is Mozilla based. I have few problems with my version of Zoom Text and 
Netscape. One problem that I do have is Zoom Text and Java, they do not 
get along. I keep java turned off under Netscape and only use it under 
IE when I need it.

I assume that you purchased Zoom Text 9 and are not using the free Beta

very nice. They helped me through the years with any problem that I had 
with Zoom Text.
