I'm glad it helped. Some of the features of Outlook take a bit of working
over to get to be usable.
One of the problems I've had was in receiving and working with the meeting
invitations. Sometimes, JAWS didn't see any content in the body of the
message in the PC cursor mode or the Virtual Cursor mode, but I found that
the JAWS cursor would read the text.
