Depends on how the braille is translated. In computer braille the period
should normally be dots 4,6 which is the dot in a web address, but if
run through a translator it will probably come out as a literary period,
dots 2 5 6. Try using a decimal point.
The at sign in an email address is dot 4 and I think an at sign should
work, or try the grave accent mark the doodad to the left of the number
one on the number row.
