  Although the message says "BIOS", what this usually means is that the
settings in the CMOS have been corrupted or erased.  This is normal after
changing the battery....
  Setting them to the default should (a) clear the error message, and (b)
get you to a functional system which you may then need to tweak a little to
get back to where you were.
