The cast I had was making my toes  feel numb, and so I went back to the
doctor today, they did remove it and gave me a removable type cast thing, I
only wear it when I walk,  sure is hard walking when  the ankle isn't used
to supporting any weight much!
it hurts a bit tonight, so I took some of the pain medication! I'll be
sleepy soon!
I will get used to walking again, though more carefully I'm sure.  I was
surprised they gave me this, it's only been three weeks,  but I guess they
know what they are doing!  my foot is still swollen some, though nothing
like when it first happened, at least I can take a shower with out the
plastic bags and all!!
funny how one takes things for granted!
