Vicki,
It is good to see you again on the list.  Don't worry about not having been
here or participating: we all do that now and then.  Life does get rather
busy at times and we have to let something go for a while.  I am thankful to
hear about the new place you and your husband have found and the blessing of
not having such high rent.
