Hi, all.

Below, you will find a link to a Christian Science Monitor article that
mentions our own Richard Webb, and describes some of the ways in which hams
have been helping with communications in the Gulf region.  It's a bit hard
to read the article between the various links and other junk scattered
throughout, but it can be done with some effort.
