when you first mentioned running the diamond on the mast below the hf
antenna, i was invisioning the HF antenna in a vertical
configuration...however, if you are planning on running it in the horizontal
plain, then i think there should be little to no problem as long as there is
a matter of a few inches of cross over between the horizontal buddy pole,
and the vertical dual band antenna.
It wouldn't work with both antenna's vertical since they would be mear
inches apart and wouldn't tune properly.
With the buddy pole horizontal and the diamond vertical, and their mounting
positions on the mast a couple inches apart with the bass of the vertical
crossing for about maybe 2 inches or less over the buddy pole, this will
probably work just perfectly.
