speaking of CW.
I am working on becoming perficient at 5 words a minute to pass the CW 5WPM
requirement to get HF privilages here in Canada.
What i am looking for are any bad habbits i should watch out for while
learning the code, as well as any general, or even specific tips and tricks
that experienced hams can pass on to me regarding the learning of the code.
My goal is to be perficient enough in CW at 5WPM in order to pass the 3
minute send, and three minute receiving of cw at 5WPM that is required by
the test, by the 25th of June.
In other words, i want this thing mastered, or at least where i am good
enough, to get pass the test by field day so that i may participate without
supervision in an active field day HF station.
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
