When you get involved with a company laptop and
they own it, you can only ask them to fix it...

You need to find some nice way to get them interested
in doing that.

From: "R. Shane"    I agree that it shouldn't be happening. For my internet connection I use microwave wireless. I have no say what
so ever over the computer, it is company owned and maintained. She works for an airline doing reservations and the only way, at
least for now, that the are allowing their home agents to connect to their servers is via dialup. In telling their IT department
they just brush it of saying it is a phone company problem. I don't agree because I can do a test dialup with my computer and stay
connected all day long with no problems. I have several lines into the house and have even tried the other lines with no difference.

    Any suggestions are definitely welcomed.
