Vinny,

Some providors switch on filtering and actually block email lists thinking
they are spam or junk emails.  You sometimes have to call a provider and
tell them so they can plug those mailing lists addresses into their filter
to allow the mail to pass.  I don't know if that's your situation or not but
it sure could be.
