One thing I've thought a lot about, that we've discussed in the yoga
classes I take in my aerobics program at work, is that most of us
don't realize we think. Our thinking is such a part of us that we
just do it. But if we can detach from our thinking and just watch
what our minds do like we're watching a movie, it really does help
put things into perspective and get us in a place where we can be
quiet and receptive enough to hear God's voice.
