if your in outlook express.
go to tools with alt t. arrow up to message rules. right arrow to "mail".
arrow up once to block senders and press enter. then navigate through the
list view with the up and down arrow keys to the person you want to remove.
tab to remove and hit space. answer yes to remove the blocked sender.
