I have a friend who is a retire cross country truck driver. Jim lived a
large part of his life on the road. When Jim really got serious about
walking with the Lord, he really changed in so many ways. One unusual thing
he did was make a prayer list. This wasn't your average daily little prayer
list. Jim was quite spiritually sensitive and whenever he saw someone and
the Holy Spirit spoke to him, he would walk up to that person, introduce
himself, tell them that he was a born again Christian, and would asked them
if they would mind if he put their name down on his prayer list. He would
show them his list. His notebook literally had over 2,000 entries. Yes, he
prayed for them all. Not every day, of course, for that would have been
impossible. He often, on the other hand, pulled out his notebook, and began
praying down the list.
