Thank you to all who replied. I greatly appriciate
it! Of those who responded, 4 said that Slow FE is
gluten free and had contacted the company, or found a
reputable reference. A couple others recommended
other sources of iron.

Thanks again!
Jen

Hematinic is gluten free, does not make one
constipated, and I took it when I was anemic and
pregnant.

You can take three a day for three days and then 1 a
day for the duration of the pregnancy, and from then
on.

Chromagen is a great iron supplement that I have been
told by the manufacturer is gluten free (it is also
listed on gluten free med lists).

There is a GF herbal liquid iron formula with vitamins
by Salus Floravit. I think however you do not get as
much iron as in a pill form.
