              Next to back/south side of Memorial City Mall; near Gessner or
Bunker Hill             exits off I-10.  Park in lot behind Dillards nearest
Barryknoll and walk             over to The Terrace's main entrance. Walk
down the main corridor to the           Community Room.
        PROGRAM:  COOKING DEMONSTRATION: Multi-Grain Gluten-Free Bread and
Pie                                     Baking, by Ritz Sturzbecher, from
San Antonio. 
                Rita is an English-Born Australian with a Polish-Russian
father.  She loves              to cook with a diverse cultural flair.  Rita
is a celiac and a nurse at Mix          Specialty Hospital in San Antonio.
She is thinking about developing a                      bakery and coffee
shop with GF foods there at some point.
 
NOTE:  There will be a $5 per person charge to cover her hotel, food,
supplies and gas expenses.  Reservations are required.  Come join us!
