Okay, I need some help! We are going camping with our gluten intollerant
son in a few weeks and I wanted to do s'mores around the campfire. I
have found some rice bran cookies by Health Valley that apparently taste
similar to graham crackers. But, I would be willing to hear some other
suggestions for a graham cracker substitute (that is very natural,
also). Also, I would like to find a marshmellow substitute, since I find
their ingredients repulsive. ;-) I found a marshmellow creme made of
rice, but I don't think that would quite work in the campfire, if you
know what I mean. ;-) Any ideas?? I don't think the chocolate should
present any problems, but I am open to suggestions there, too. I want
his first camping trip to be memorable and a lot of fun! :-)

Thanks everyone!
