I have been asked this question and cannot answer it. Can you?
"How much gluten must one ingest and for how long before doing a gluten
challenge biopsy?"
I am aware of the dangers of this, so I don't need that info, but just
an answer to this question. I suspect the answer alone will convince the
person involved to avoid this route.
